Peter A. Corrao
CEO & President
Peter Corrao

Peter A. Corrao is President and CEO for Vertro, Inc and served as COO from September 2005 to April 2006.

Peter has more than 25 years of executive-level general management experience, most recently serving as chief executive officer for Bluestreak.com, Inc. Bluestreak provides digital marketing products and services for both business-to-business and consumer marketers. Previous to his role as CEO of Bluestreak, he served as president and CEO for Cogit Corporation, a privately held online target marketing company.

Prior to Cogit, Peter spent 17 years at Advo Inc., most recently as President of National Accounts Marketing. During his 17 years Advo grew from a relatively small player in direct mail marketing to a profitable powerhouse with over a billion dollars in revenue. Advo is the largest full-service direct mail marketing company in the U.S and was NYSE-listed.

Peter attended Miramar College and is a graduate of Kellogg School of Management Advanced Executive Program at Northwestern University


James G. Gallagher, CPA
CFO

James G. Gallagher joined Vertro, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer in June 2010.

James has extensive financial, strategic and operational experience. He joins Vertro from Gallagher Enterprises, a strategic financial and management consulting firm he founded in 2001. Gallagher Enterprises provided consultancy on financial and operational issues and funding resources to start-ups and high-growth companies with revenues up to $150 million.

Prior to Gallagher Enterprises, James held positions including Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary at technology company, VRex, Inc., and Chief Financial Officer at publicly traded international software company, Vizrt, Inc. He also held senior level financial positions at companies including Infocus Employee Services (a XEROX spin-off), Medsite, Inc., Sony Music Entertainment, Inc., and Reiss Media Enterprises, Inc. He also spent 10 years as a Senior Audit Manager at the international accounting and consulting firm of Arthur Andersen LLP.

James is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.B.A. Cum Laude in Financial Accounting from Iona College


John Pisaris
General Counsel
John Pisaris

John Pisaris is the general counsel for Vertro having previously served as vice president from Feb-Oct 2004.

Prior to joining the Company, John was a partner in the law firm of Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur LLP (Jan 2002 - Jan 2004), a firm which he joined in 1993 as an associate. At Porter Wright, John practiced in the corporate and securities group and advised clients on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financings, securities offerings and securities compliance.

John is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law and Hillsdale College.

Larry Weber
Non-Executive Chairman

Larry Weber is Chairman of W2 Group, a global marketing services ecosystem that helps CMOs in their new role as builders of communities and content aggregators. W2 Group includes public relations agency Racepoint Group, social media marketing firm Digital Influence Group and branding company Two Martinis.

A public relations visionary, in 1987 Larry established The Weber Group, which within a decade became the world's largest technology public relations firm. Interpublic purchased The Weber Group in 1996 and in 2000, Larry was named Chairman and CEO of Interpublic's Advanced Marketing Services group. In 2001 Larry built Weber Shandwick, which today is the world's largest public relations firm.

Larry serves on a number of boards for corporations, non-profit organizations and academic institutions. He is co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Innovation and Technology Exchange (MITX), the largest interactive advocacy organization in the world.

Larry has also published three books about next-generation business. "Sticks and Stones: How Digital Business Reputations Are Created Over Time and Lost in a Click" will be available in July 2009. Bestseller "Marketing to the Social Web: How Digital Customer Communities Build Your Business" was first published in 2007. "The Provocateur: How a New Generation of Leaders Are Building Communities, Not Just Companies" was printed in 2002.



Gerald W. Hepp
Director

Gerald W. Hepp, a certified public accountant, has served as president of Gnosis Praxis Ltd, an independent consulting firm, since March 1999. From July 1967 to February 1999 he was a partner in Plante & Moran, a major regional certified public accounting and management consulting firm. At that firm, Gerald was responsible for its professional standards group for 28 years and in charge of its litigation and valuations services group for 6 years.

He has served on various boards and committees of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants including; Board of Directors; Auditing Standards Board; Accounting Standards Executive Committee; and SEC Practice Section Executive Committee. He has served on the Financial Accounting Standards Board's Emerging Issues Task Force and on its Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council. In his career, Gerald has served as an arbitrator, receiver and expert witness in more than 100 disputed matters.

Gerald holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Detroit and an MBA from Wayne State University.



Lee S. Simonson
Director

Lee S. Simonson has served as the president of Simonson Associates, an independent consulting firm since 2000, and as an adjunct professor of media management at the New York Institute of Technology since 2002.

From 1996 to April 2000, Lee served as Chairman and CEO of Broadcasting Partners Holdings, L.P., which had controlling equity positions in five platform companies operating 38 radio stations in eleven markets. The stations were sold to Citadel Communications Corporation in April 2000. He was also co-founder, vice chairman and chief operating officer of Broadcasting Partners, Inc., a publicly traded radio broadcasting company that merged with Evergreen Media in 1995.

Lee serves on the board of directors of TheaterMania.com, a private Internet company and is a member of the board of directors and chair of the communications committee for the NY State March of Dimes.



Dr. Adele Goldberg
Director

Dr. Adele Goldberg is a founder and director of Neometron, Inc., a consultancy that specializes in knowledge management to support the operations of virtual organizations. Dr. Goldberg currently works with drug development teams, international research programs, and educational technology.

She was founding Chief Technology Officer for Agile Mind, Inc., an educational technology company from 2002-2006.

Prior to forming Neometron, Dr. Goldberg was the founding CEO and Chairman of the board of ParcPlace Systems, Inc. ParcPlace was formed as a spin off from the Xerox Palo Alto Research Center, where Goldberg was a research laboratory manager and principal scientist.

She holds a PhD and an MS in Information Sciences from the University of Chicago and a BA in Mathematics from the University of Michigan.



Joseph P. Durrett
Director

Joseph P. Durrett began his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble. From there he moved to Kraft Foods where he became President of Grocery Products and Senior Vice President for worldwide sales.

Joseph left Kraft to become President and COO for NYSE listed Advo, Inc., America's largest direct mail company. Subsequently, he was CEO of NASDAQ listed Broderbund Software which lead the development of family productivity, educational, and entertainment software. Following Broderbund, Joseph served as Chairman and CEO of Information Resources, Inc., the leading supplier of analytics as well as market research to the worldwide consumer goods industry.

More recently, Joseph led a successful publicly traded contingent value rights trust and is a consultant to consumer focused businesses.
